Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center (2nd Sep)

I went over to the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Dulles, Virginia over the weekend of Labor Day. This center is part of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum and is located very close to the Washington Dulles International Airport.

It was pretty neat with those full size planes which includes those humongous passenger jets and even a space shuttle! However, you can't access the interior of the planes which is really a downer... parking was expensive too! I guess it is still worth a visit if you stay in the Washington area although i much prefer the air and space museum over at The Mall... how many times can you see a real life-size space shuttle?

I can imagine my god-brother will be so excited if he's here... he absolutely love planes and there is a whole lot of planes here!

I know! This space shuttle is actually functional... so NASA can come and take any part of it when they need it... which apparently they did when the last space shuttle got destroyed on returning...
